Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is definitely worth a visit. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well appointed, though they could use a bit of a refresh. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to accommodate special requests. The location is perfect, close to everything yet tucked away on a quiet road with convenient parking. The dining experience was great with a variety of options for a satisfying meal. A few minor drawbacks include the lack of evening food service on Sundays and the slightly tired room decor.
I absolutely loved my stay at this ex-pub hotel! The room was perfect in every way, incredibly spacious with an extremely comfortable bed. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, even surprising me with a complimentary bottle of wine as a nice gesture. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk to the vibrant quayside, pubs, and shops. Unfortunately, the dining experience had a bit of a hiccup, especially with late breakfast hours, but overall, it was a fantastic experience worth every penny.
The hotel was a lovely stay with beautiful and clean rooms, though slightly smaller than expected in size. The service was helpful and attentive without being overwhelming, which was much appreciated. The location was superb for exploring central Dartmouth, despite needing a touch more heating. The dining experience offered exceptional choices, especially with locally sourced produce. Overall, a great hotel with some minor room for improvement.
